Citizen's Charter to be enforced in every barangay
Faster, more predictable transactions at the barangay hall.
The city government is strengthening the Citizen's Charter in all barangays: every service posted with its steps, fees, and processing time, so a resident knows what to expect before queuing. Barangay secretaries receive orientation this month with the Anti-Red Tape Authority.
