Trash-to-Bigas keeps waterways clear and floods shorter
Recyclables exchanged for rice also mean less debris in creeks and canals.
Beyond rice for families, the Trash-to-Bigas program removes the plastics and debris that block waterways, so floodwater drains faster after heavy rain. Schedules per barangay are posted at the barangay hall and in this app.
