City Government of Batangas
From the Mayor
Mga kababayan, welcome to Batangas City Cares.
This app is our promise made simple: one request, one tracking number, and clear updates until the work is done. Whether you need help with a hospital bill, a burial, a scholarship, or a broken streetlight, you no longer have to guess where your papers are or whom to ask. You will see every step, and so will we.
Our offices are measured by how fast and how fairly we serve you. Use the app, tell us what is not working, and hold us to the standard we set for ourselves. Together, let us make city hall as close as your phone.
